Voice healing and Gong bath workshop

This workshop takes place in Dublin city centre Gandharva Loka Shop and consist 1h Voice healing session and 1h Gong Bath session.
The voice healing session will engage every part of your heart, body and soul. It will relax your rational mind, opening your ears , eyes and imagination to the pleasure and benefits of expressing yourself .On the session Marta is using different vocal practices like:Vocal toning,Healing with voice,Balance the chakra with vowels sound,Use the sound voice for meditation,Learn sacred chants from different spiritual traditions.
The Gong bath Marta invite you to join us for a deep immersion into Sacred Sound & Vibration. Using Venus planetary Gong , Symphonic Gong and Wind Gong. Also Himalayan singing bowls, drums, rattles and a variety of world instruments we produce evocative soundscapes which encourage deep relaxation and meditation whilst restoring positive energy balance for the body, mind & soul.When you enter a sound bath, there are no specific rules to be followed. A regular session will have the person sit down comfortably (or lie down, with rested eyes) and focus on the sounds and frequencies emitted in the room. Sometimes, instruments like forks, gongs, crystal bowls, and chimes are brought into use to introduce soothing sounds in the room. Some healers also like to use their own voice as a guided meditation medium.
Sound baths work by engaging the sensory notes in the body. With the additional use of music emitting bowls, gongs, and other instruments, the vibrations created bring around balance, calmness and a sense of relaxation around you. This also helps promote a healing environment. It pushes the body into a meditative state and clears away the bad toxins, just like meditation promises. It is a good practice for both beginners as well as experienced meditators. Not just that, sound meditation also clears away the stress tremors which might be compromising the other triggers affecting the quality of your sleep, memory or digestion and cut the risk of catching chronic health infections. It can also slow down your heart and respiratory rate, creating a therapeutic balance in your body.
In fact, it can be an extremely helpful way to detox your body of the toxins and create a sort of relaxation both physically and mentally. Another benefit of the medium can be good to reset the nervous system, boost immunity and make you better equipped to deal with the pain tremors, which again, can get compromised during times of stress and tension
